Compensation Range
$75K - $95KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Description
Market Focus:
- Bulk Fuel Storage, Fuel Terminals, Fuel Trucks, Aviation, Marine, Rail Facilities and wastewater.
- Refined Fuels –Propane –Lubricants -Petrochemicals.
- Custody Transfer.
Responsibilities:
- Construction: Installation of cable and tray, conduit work, control panel fabrication and wiring, pipe, tubing and equipment installation,
- Interpretation and markup of electrical and instrumentation drawings,
- Troubleshooting of electrical and control systems, pumps, control valves and related equipment,
- Installation and setup of VFD’s and MOV’s, PLC’s, HMI’s and tank level systems,
- On call customer support.
Qualifications
- Member of OACETT, licensed electrician, or related certifications.
- 5+ years of experience and knowledge in the downstream Petroleum market or related industries.
- Must be a team player and self-starter.
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Extensive travel (up to 70%) up to 3 weeks at a time.
- May work a modified schedule, 2 weeks on – one week off.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be a Canadian citizen for at least 5 years.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be able to obtain Reliability security clearance for the Department of National Defense.
- Must be able to obtain a passport and travel freely throughout North America.
