Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules and diaries, preparing expense reports, and coordinating daily operations. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring efficient communication, and facilitating the smooth execution of projects and meetings.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to handle day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and preparing accurate Expense Reports.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Skilled in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or investment industry is a plus but not required.
