Compensation Range
$60K - $62KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Description
Marketing
- Manage invoice coding and journal entries for Wildcard, Hipskip, and Meta to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Reconcile finance data, monitor aged receivables, and process Visa coding and Concur expense reports.
- Maintain and update the Master Branch List and oversee incoming mail and ballot handling in the mailroom.
- Administer contest activities, including contest renewal and ballot management.
- Provide project support as required to assist with marketing initiatives.
Foundation
- Provides general administrative support during designated campaign periods to support campaign activities and priorities.
- Assist with preparing resolutions for the Board and completing the annual filing with Corporations Canada.
- Maintain policies and procedures, managing donor databases, and coordinating volunteer incentives.
- Assists with issuing tax receipts, preparing financial reports, and other reports as required.
Business Operations
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to support operational needs of the business.
- Assists with invoice coding and distribution where required.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Operations department and provide support on projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within an office environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and consistent level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects with ease.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.
