Description
- Consult with Dealers on necessary actions to attain mutual business plan goals
- Develop, implement and adjust as required key activities to achieve critical targets
- Aggressively capitalize on retail growth and loyalty opportunities
- Assist Dealers to ensure high quality service core processes to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Spot check retail and warranty touch points to company standards and optimize genuine Parts and Service sales goals
- Guide each Dealer to implement and leverage targeted marketing and merchandising actions
- Promote use of B2C, D2D, Autopart, Data Sharing, Service Lead, Quality Checks, Predictive Marketing, Bookings…
- Promote Parts wholesale dealer participation via Collison Link, PartsLink24 and Wholesale Parts Pro
- Ensure Accessory selling is integrated into vehicle sales process at each dealer to achieve Accessory sales goals
- Develop dealer selling best practices to achieve Pre-Paid Maintenance target attainment
- Manage Area marketing and administration budgets to get the best return on investment
- Ensure area Dealers meet all Brand Operating Standards as they pertain to Fixed Operations
- Ensure area Dealers meet all training and certification requirements
- Be a change agent for digital vehicle inspections, e-payment, service Videos, texting solution and live scheduling
- Assist dealers daily on CX and support with escalated Customer Care case resolutions and car down situations
- Validate proper use of Service Loaner program and funding in the area
- Document Dealer contacts/visit and action plans for effective follow-up and accountability
- Maintain formal escalation aligned with National Manager and Network Development
- Work in tandem with Area Sales Managers as one team throughout many visits and collaborate to optimize dealers
- Host Area webinars and participate in After Sales Webinars and Action teams as needed
- Accountable for dealer’s retail selling strategy to attain month retail target and performance bonus
Qualifications
- Retail Experience in service and parts operations within dealerships
- Field experience with an automotive manufacturer (desired) – 3-5 years of After Sales Experience ( retail or wholesale)
- Thorough knowledge of the automotive aftersales business
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytic skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or Business Intelligence Tools

- Education Required: bachelor’s degree – Commerce or Business preferred
Years of Supervisory Experience Required: 3-5 years preferred
