Description
- Generate Thermal Simulations and reports using LBNL Laboratories Therm and Window Programs
- Assist in taking organic designs from customer vision to commercialization
- Use best practices in building science, and thermal analysis
- Research materials and systems to determine specific project suitability
- Interpret building codes, bylaws and project/design/construction specifications
- Prepare detailing in 3D modelling with Inventor, and AutoCAD
- Participate in project design development
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a design role involving Window/Curtainwall design is an asset
- NFRC Certification using Therm and Window is an asset
- Ability to be organized in a fast paced role while paying attention to detail and accuracy against established targets
- Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills a must
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment, with tasks changing on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
