Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Volume Maximization: Drive strategic initiatives to maximize product sales volumes and market share
    within the assigned North American territory.
  • Dealer Engagement: Proactively engage, develop, and collaborate with heavy equipment dealers to ensure
    high-level promotion and representation of the company’s product lines.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing, high-quality technical product support and general sales
    troubleshooting to distributors and end-users.
  • End-User Engagement: Visit existing end-users directly in the field to gather critical product feedback,
    assess performance, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Dealer Training: Conduct comprehensive product sales and technical training for dealer networks to ensure
    their teams are fully equipped to sell and support the company’s products.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue growth opportunities by introducing technical product
    solutions to potential new customers and expanding the dealer network.
  • Market Expansion: Assist in developing new geographic areas, new product lines and providing crossterritorial
    product support as business needs evolve.

Reporting & Administration

  • Weekly Meetings: Participate in weekly sales calls outlining key sales activities, active opportunities,
    competitive market intelligence, and upcoming travel schedules.
  • Strategic Reporting: Generate structured market overviews, sales forecasts, localized sales strategies, and
    actionable plans to systematically build volume.
  • Administrative Management: Efficiently manage home office logistics, travel bookings, and territory
    expenses in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications

Job Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in industrial, technical, or heavy equipment sales, with specific experience
    managing dealer/distributor networks preferred.
  • Attributes: Highly self-driven, disciplined, and reliable, with the verified ability to work autonomously from
    a home office environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of delivering technical presentations, running
    training seminars, and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to undertake extensive regional and national travel, as well as
    occasional international travel. Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport.

Physical Demands, Work Environment & Training

  • Environment: Home office setting combined with frequent field visits (dealer showrooms, industrial sites,
    and end-user operations).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to drive long distances and fly frequently. Occasional physical activity
    required during field visits, including walking rugged terrain or inspecting components.
  • Online Training: Complete yearly online training courses for Health & Safety, other training as determine by
    management
