Description
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new retail and distribution partners throughout the United States.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer service, and product development to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, product training sessions, and business proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, sales reports, and activity updates.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Travel throughout the United States and Canada as required to support customers, attend meetings, and pursue business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience working with retail partners, retailers, distributors, or retail-focused sales channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising, category management, and retail sales processes.
