Product Manager
Compensation Range
$130K - $180KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Own Product Strategy
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Drive product investments that create customer and business value.
Discover Customer Problems
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows and challenges.
- Validate opportunities through research and discovery activities.
- Translate customer insights into product direction.
Lead Product Development
- Define requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive Outcomes
- Measure product success through adoption, customer value, and business impact.
- Communicate product plans and progress across the organization.
- Champion customer needs and product direction.
Product Management Experience
- Experience managing software products through the full product lifecycle.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile software development teams.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Communication & Leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
