Compensation Range
$57K - $65KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Description
- Managing customer needs via phone calls and emails
- Working with customers to create and modify orders
- Educating customers on what’s new and innovative in our industry
- Account creation
- Arranging pickups with customers
- Entering complaints and returns into system
- Being a part of a team philosophy of engagement by working with the team to achieve company targets and objectives
- Ability to effectively work with colleagues from all departments: sales, marketing, purchasing, accounting
Qualifications
- Bilingual is required. (French/English)
- Learning agility is an asset.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with furniture or architectural hardware is an asset
- SAP experience is a strong asset
- Soft skills in working with customers
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
