Description
Job Title: Marketing Administrator
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Marketing team with new vendor and product setups, promotions, customer database updates, physical and digital marketing resources, general communications, and other miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for new setups and onboardings.
- Presents marketing concepts and programs to internal customers in an organized and professional manner.
- Assists with integrating marketing programs/promotions and channel options for North American market.
- Assists with the preparation, storage and organization of professional marketing material and trade show resources. Digital asset organization and optimization.
- Responsible for CRM contact/event entry and updates (add/edit/merge records) and associated communications.
- Assists with registering for trade show events and corresponding required pre- and post-show activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and sales team to leverage programs and drive sales.
- Collation and organization of supplier and customer agreements and contracts.
- Responsible for physical mailing of marketing/promotional packages to customers in coordination with sales teams and marketing programs
- Supports in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the web team to keep the website updated with current promotions and product information.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years administrative, marketing, or lab/research experience.
- College degree or diploma in Marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are key.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of popular life science research brands is an asset.
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
