Compensation Range
$80K - $95KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Description
- Administer and support ERP and CRM systems, including user requests, troubleshooting, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement system solutions that improve efficiency.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using ERP/CRM data and Power BI.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and reporting.
- Coordinate IT onboarding and provide training and ongoing technology support to employees.
- Manage IT assets and software licenses, including inventory, allocation, lifecycle, renewals, and documentation.
- Support cybersecurity policies, user awareness, compliance initiatives, and security best practices.
- Assist with IT infrastructure and server-room management.
- Maintain IT documentation and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Act as backup to the Senior IT Specialist, providing coverage for core IT operations, systems administration, user support, and issue escalation as required.
Qualifications
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant IT and/or ERP/CRM experience.
- Experience supporting ERP/CRM applications and business users.
- Strong reporting and data-analysis skills; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical users and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Collaborative, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
