Compensation Range
$75K - $85KCompensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.
Description
The Human Resources Generalist is accountable to Manager, Human Resources, for supporting the day to day Human Resources functions and objectives to ensure that the departmental goals are continuously met and high standard of client services is provided to all stakeholders.
- Strategic People Partner
Acts as a bridge between employees and leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals. Supports workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching to help the company scale effectively. - Employee Relations & Culture Manager
Handles employee concerns, conflict resolution, performance discussions, and policy guidance while promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead
Manages recruitment processes, collaborates with hiring managers, coordinates onboarding, and helps ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization. - Performance & Development Facilitator
Oversees performance management cycles, career development initiatives, training coordination, succession planning, and employee growth programs to strengthen retention and capability. - HR Operations & Compliance Specialist
Maintains HR policies, employee records, compensation and benefits administration, and ensures compliance with employment laws, workplace standards, and company procedures.
Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.
Qualifications
The Expertise You’ll Bring
- University degree/diploma in Human Resources field.
- Demonstrated experience applying employment legislation and HR best practices across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia is required; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset
- Minimum 5-7 years Generalist or HRBP experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
