Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in operations leadership, managing multiple functions.
- Experience with field operations or technical service teams.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to enforce processes.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and scaling teams.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration; preferred background in construction or related fields.
