Compensation Range

Description
The Senior Technical Business Analyst is responsible for playing a pivotal role in building and enhancing the company strategic platforms, processes, and systems hardware. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software, hardware and tools that support the company
- Builds a deep understanding of the business processes, data flows, and operational procedures
- Conducts in-depth analysis to identify areas for business development/break-fix issues
- Collaborates with stakeholders (subject matter experts, other end-users, project managers, application developers) to define system/hardware requirements and/or changes
- Translates client requirements into system design documents, project plans, delivery roadmaps, and integrations to other systems
- Creates detailed test plans and scripts to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
- Performs testing and facilitates user acceptance testing and training
- Troubleshoots internal/external integrations issues to resolution
- Produces and maintains technical documentation for business applications to ensure business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and scripts are current
- Keeps up to date with current IT industry trends and innovations
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field involving data management/analysis and/or technology
- A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in designing, delivering, managing, and improving IT services to align with organizational objectives
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with business and technical teams
- Practical knowledge of planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems
- Acquainted with processes, methods and techniques utilized to analyze and evaluate business
- Knowledge of or experience in deploying virtual machines and managing IAM roles in GCP/AWS/Azure,
- Familiarity with Cloud Networking
- Basic understanding of SQL and the ability query SIEM logs
- Worked in a team environment
