Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Bookkeeper
- Payables
- Receivables
- Payroll
- Year End preparation for Accountant
- CRA Tax Remittances
- PST Remittances for out of Provinces
- WSIB
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Reception
- Office Supplies – ordering
- Assist other team members as required
- Assisting start up of new office space
Qualifications
- Detail Oriented is a MUST
- Highly organized
- Prefer someone with construction knowledge
- Sage 50 Canadian Software a MUST
- Microsoft skills, excel, word, pdf etc.
- Must be a self starter capable of working on their own and problem solving
