Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Bookkeeper
  • Payables
  • Receivables
  • Payroll
  • Year End preparation for Accountant
  • CRA Tax Remittances
  • PST Remittances for out of Provinces
  • WSIB
  • Banking
  • Reconciliations
  • Reception
  • Office Supplies – ordering
  • Assist other team members as required
  • Assisting start up of new office space
Qualifications
  • Detail Oriented is a MUST
  • Highly organized
  • Prefer someone with construction knowledge
  • Sage 50 Canadian Software a MUST
  • Microsoft skills, excel, word, pdf etc.
  • Must be a self starter capable of working on their own and problem solving
