Description
- Partner with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to develop tailored demo environments that address client-specific use cases.
- Lead live and virtual product demonstrations for executive, technical, and financial stakeholders.
- Translate customer pain points into solution designs and technical recommendations, aligning business challenges to the companys platform capabilities.
- Serve as the technical authority during RFP/RFI responses, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements.
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure pre- and post-sale continuity.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s software modules and integrations, as well as competitor products, to support consultative selling.
- Support sales enablement efforts by developing demo scripts, presentation decks, and solution documentation.
- Contribute feedback from customer interactions to inform product roadmap priorities and market positioning.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and regional partner activities representing the company’s technology leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role within a SaaS or ERP environment (construction tech experience preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-based ERP, accounting, and project management systems.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills — able to engage both C-suite and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales engagements across regions and time zones.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 20–25%, primarily for client demos and trade events).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
