Account Executive

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with customer accounts and act as a main point of contact for day-to-day support
    and communication.
  • Work with customers to support sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while helping secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market activity and customer needs to help support sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support customer
    requirements and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with pricing discussions, customer programs, and account-related agreements as required.
  • Track account performance and provide regular updates and reporting to leadership.
  • Support sales forecasting and help manage account activity to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing to support customer-focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development,
    with a proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Bilingualism required (English and French, spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and manage budgets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail analytics platforms is an asset.
