Reports to: Marketing Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Duties
• Manages all aspects of marketing automation via Pardot and Salesforce
• Devise new and innovative methods of lead generation.
• Drives and reports on all lead gen activities in the digital space
• Manages website content; updating, reviewing, and recommending changes as needed to increase traffic and leads
• Manages digital marketing via vendor or internal, and makes recommendations on how to improve rankings/results
• Monitors, reviews and prepares reports on all digital marketing activities
• Coordinate and execute on CRM for marketing campaigns and activities
• Reports and analyzes CRM activity, recommending changes as required to meet marketing goals
• Manages ecommerce activities, both retail and internal
• Keeps online retail material up to date with marketing optimizations
• Reports on ecommerce activities, using skillset to identify areas of opportunity and execute on continuous improvements
• Oversees and executes on all Google related activity (company page, reviews)
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization via vendor.
• Monitor and capture daily performance metrics to understand SEO/SEM execution performance.
• Identify and execute on-page optimization opportunities with respect to headings, page titles, descriptions, canonicals, URLs, internal link structures, etc.
• Conduct audits and competitive analyses to identify areas of improvement
Education Essential:
• Post-secondary diploma in marketing with digital art design knowledge
• Or post secondary diploma in digital art design with marketing experience A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Advanced marketing automation experience, including advanced skills in building journey logic and rules (Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua etc.)
• Advanced Salesforce and Pardot knowledge and experience
• Skilled in lead-gen tactics in the digital space
• Skilled in developing and executing social media campaigns from content development to geo-targeted media spends (primarily on LinkedIn)
• Computer skills with graphic/web design programs, desktop publishing and proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to manipulate data for analytical purposes
