Description
Responsibilities:
Social Media – Paid
- Creating, managing and executing paid social campaigns for Facebook and Instagram to drive. awareness and lead generation.
- Optimizing campaigns and achieving specified KPIs.
- Tracking results and communicating them to key stakeholders.
Social Media – Organic
- Writing organic posts and sourcing/creating appropriate media (image/video) to accompany the posts.
- Developing, maintaining and executing our social media content calendar, highlighting important dates to promote.
- Auditing, updating, and maintaining corporate and branch level social media profile, utilizing best practices.
- Supporting the employer brand with initiatives to attract, retain, and engage high-quality staff and stakeholders.
Email Campaigns
- Helping the marketing team develop lead generating and nurturing content for campaigns and branches.
Website Content
- Working with marketing team to create, test and track compelling blog content.
- Using the Content Management System to update content and make basic changes to website (blog content, page updates, images, etc.).
Performance Tracking
- Track and report on all social media campaign results to the broader marketing team and specific stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media roles.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
- Enjoys writing and creating content.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
