Description
- Represent the company in the field with passion and enthusiasm for the brand. Solve problems and think outside the box for our customers to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a reliable and mutually beneficial partnership experience.
- Educate and train customers on both existing and new products to enhance their user experience.
- Proactively engage in cold calling to schedule meetings with end users, focusing on understanding their needs and offering solutions that make their work easier, safer, and more fun.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, channeling them back to our distribution partners for further development.
- Work with customers to build customized product displays that best represent our brand and promote product turnover for the customers
- Ensure that product displays are always current and optimized for visibility, sales performance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the territory.
- Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing team on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
- Work remotely while maintaining a strong connection with a supportive team that collaborates closely to ensure mutual success and brand growth.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in outside sales or territory management.
- Experience with industrial B2C sales.
- Experience in the hand tool industry is a bonus but not required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Organized, passionate, excited, inspired, and motivated by helping people do their jobs better.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent time and territory management.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM software; HubSpot preferred.
- An understanding of hand tools and their applications.
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- This position will cover MI, IN, OH, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME, MD, DE.
