The Head of Marketing will oversee the entire marketing function and serve as a key member of the senior leadership team. We’re looking for a business-minded leader who will be instrumental in shaping the long-term- brand vision, driving performance across all channels, and ensuring organization shows up with clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.

Reporting into the President, this is a role for a strategic, hands on, executive with deep experience in DTC, apparel, retail, or Shopify- based- businesses – someone who knows how to build desire, shape culture, and drive profitable growth. Your mandate is to elevate how we show up across every channel and ensure we’re building deeper emotional connection with our customers while improving performance throughout the funnel. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance to every customer touchpoint, helping us move from great products to a brand people truly identify with.
We are entering a new phase, where brand growth and business growth need to come together. You’ll lead our evolution from a strong product-led company into a truly brand-driven business. You’ll oversee the entire marketing organization, including brand, growth, lifecycle, and creative strategy. You’ll also help drive the go-to-market strategy for our second brand launch, shaping how we build and support multiple identities under one roof.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a business leader – someone who can connect brand to outcomes and align teams around a shared vision. The foundations are here: a loyal customer base, proven product-market fit, and strong operators throughout the company. What we need now is someone to help scale what’s working, evolve what’s not, and push the brand forward.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth Leadership
•Lead the evolution from a product led company to a -brand driven- business with clear commercial targets.
•Build a brand that resonates emotionally and culturally with tall customers, fueling demand generation and increasing customer lifetime value.
•Support and shape long-term brand vision, positioning, and narrative that establishes our organization as the category leader.

Performance Marketing & Revenue Accountability
•Own full funnel- performance across Paid, Email, Organic, Direct, and Referral channels.
•Drive acquisition, retention, and LTV with a focus on long-term- profitability.
•Improve creative testing velocity, attribution clarity, and budget allocation.
•Build a more predictive, insight driven- marketing engine grounded in data and commercial impact.
•Take full accountability for marketing forecasts, performance targets, and revenue contribution.

Cross Functional- Brand Execution
•Ensure alignment across Product, Design, Creative, E-commerce, and CX to deliver a cohesive brand experience that feels “bigger than just clothing.”
•Partner closely with the Creative Director and Design Director to bring unified storytelling, product narratives, and campaigns to life.
•Champion customer insights and ensure they inform product development, creative direction, and messaging.

Executive Leadership & Collaboration
•Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping company-wide strategy and influencing major business decisions.
•Build, lead, and develop a high performing- marketing organization with clarity, accountability, and creative excellence.
•Foster strong cross functional- relationships to ensure marketing is tightly integrated with product, operations, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience, Education & Designations
•Senior level marketing leadership experience in DTC, apparel, retail, or Shopify based businesses.
•An MBA is considered an asset for this role.
•Proven track record of owning marketing forecasts, revenue targets, and performance accountability.
•Demonstrated success scaling DTC or omnichannel consumer brands across multiple channels and customer segments.
•Experience leading both brand and performance marketing functions at a high level.
•Background in building and managing high performing teams.
•Formal education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is an asset, though equivalent experience is equally valued.
•Additional certifications or designations in digital marketing, analytics, or brand strategy are beneficial but not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
•Deep understanding of DTC growth levers, including paid media, lifecycle/CRM, creative strategy, and attribution.
•Strong grasp of brand development, consumer insights, and cultural relevance.
•Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems, modern marketing tech stacks, and analytics tools.
•Ability to translate brand strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
•Strong analytical instincts paired with exceptional creative judgment.
•Skilled in cross functional leadership, able to bring teams together around a shared vision.
•Adept at building scalable processes, forecasting models, and performance frameworks.
•Capable of leading both high-level strategy and hands-on execution when needed.
•Creative yet grounded in financial impact and operational rigor.
•Customer obsessed, culturally aware, and passionate about building brands with emotional resonance.
