$74KJob Responsibilities:
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team with daily operational and administrative tasks including the scheduling and coordination of hiring manager interviews.
• Support the job posting and sponsorship strategy as outlined by the Talent Acquisition Specialist, keeping top-tier attraction in mind.
• Maximize sourcing channels, networks, diversity channels, social media, university relations & career fairs to attract top talent.
• Support the Talent Team with the sourcing & initial screening of candidates, vetting for fit as assessed at intake.
• Manage the Pre-Employment process once a successful candidate has been identified.
• Communicate promptly and accurately with hiring managers, candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
• Suggest and contribute to projects that improve the operations of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Support the team in the preparation of reports, and other duties that create administrative efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Participate and support recruiting related events and cross-functional HR related projects.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience within a Talent Coordination or HR Administration type role.
• Competency with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word): V-Lookups and Pivot Table knowledge will be considered an asset.
• Career development interest in Talent Acquisition.
• Detail orientation, with the ability to handle ambiguous and fluid situations in a fast-paced environment.
