Compensation Range

$175K - $190K

Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.

Description
  • Collaborates with key lines of business to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation and elevate the company and affiliate brands on national, regional, and branch levels.
  • Leads the evolution of brand strategy, ensuring it remains authentic to organizations identity and aligns with current customer needs and attitudes.
  • Partners with the Vice President to advance marketing’s role in the multi-year strategic plan, implementing a Refocused Marketing Strategy and evolving the Digital Business Model.
  • Supervises, guides, and provides feedback to direct reports, identifying developmental needs and offering coaching and support.
  • Develops the annual marketing budget with the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, leading the marketing management team to ensure business plans achieve results on time and within budget.
  • Monitors expenditures throughout the fiscal year, alerting leadership to any budget concerns.
  • Works with marketing managers and teams to oversee and approve project elements, including design, content, and placement.
  • Advises lines of business on effective marketing programs, recommending innovations, reviewing existing programs, and suggesting improvements.
  • Identifies trends in current and emerging markets, developing strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Monitors competitor activity, formulating and communicating appropriate response strategies.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with marketing suppliers and agencies.
  • Leads research projects to track market performance and gather consumer insights that drive results.
  • Ensures all marketing activities comply with federal and provincial laws as well as Company policies.

Qualifications
  • University Degree in related study and/or related work experience.
  • A minimum 8 years’ progressive integrated Marketing Communications experience in a senior Marketing role.
  • Must have vision, innovation and the ability to develop strategy for integrated Marketing Communications and see the ultimate plan through to execution.
  • Demonstrated business acumen including the ability to develop and monitor budgets, analyze and isolate processes and systems and identify requirements for improvement and efficiencies.
  • Superior management skills including ability to guide, motivate and evaluate employees, as well as the ability to grow team to ultimately produce independent and strong project managers.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all levels of employees is critical.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate with suppliers for the best ultimate process for the Company.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to keenly focus while leading and managing a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
