Location: Markham
- Lead strategic planning and execution of construction programs for battery energy storage projects, ensuring clear understanding of plans, activities, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports, highlighting project progress and identifying any necessary adjustments to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Delegate tasks efficiently among internal teams, maintaining active involvement in schedule management to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and opportunity analyses, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and all project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and collaboration.

Qualifications
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically with battery energy storage systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, balance multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
