Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale

Description
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and resources to effectively engage with advisors throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing and communications collateral including thought leadership content to ensure alignment with the organization’s brand, encompassing materials such as white papers, website copy, and more.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp. Proven experience in setting up and managing automated email campaigns within such platforms is essential.
  • Ability to design, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns across various stages of the customer journey, including lead nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in social media marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics regularly, providing comprehensive reports to monitor progress and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Provide marketing support for events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of proven experience in advertising and marketing.
  • Proven marketing experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technologies, as well as social media platforms and their respective algorithms and features.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives engagement.
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and proactively plan, requiring minimal guidance.
  • Strong work ethic and team player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
