Description
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, working with an amazing Digital Marketing team, you will design and execute marketing campaigns that support the company’s brand. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
What you will do in this role:
- Work closely with the VP, Marketing to plan and develop the digital marketing strategy
- Partner with cross functional teams and leverage resources to implement strategies
- Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team
- Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to ensure a seamless and exceptional end-to-end customer journey
- Manage all digital channels including, but not limited to, paid search, social media, email & mobile marketing, affiliates, Programmatic and CTV bookings
- Partner with marketing data analyst/scientist and other marketing team members
- Accountable for the optimization of the digital budget allocation across banners and channels, track spending to ensure budget is maintained and communicate any additional budget requests to the VP, Marketing for approval
- Keep up to date on digital marketing solutions and applications

- You are organized and can balance multiple directives, identify, and delegate tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects – all at the same time
And your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Min 8-10 years’ experience as a paid social marketer
- Up to date on the newest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
