Compensation Range

$80K - $100K

Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.

What you will do in this role…

 Lead and direct a team of Store Managers

  • Build and develop a team of highly engaged and results-driven Store Managers, through active recruitment of passionate and best-in-class talent, focused on providing great customer experiences
  • Coach leaders through regular check-ins, and personal development plans
  • Be an ambassador and role model for a culture of engagement, new thinking and accountability
  • Prioritize store performance issues for greatest impact and identify opportunities to leverage and lateralize best practices
  • Develop plans for improvement with Store Leaders, ensure timely follow-up to manage performance consistently and effectively

 Deliver Financial Results and other Key Metrics

  • Achieve sales plan for the assigned region
  • Manage payroll and other store operating expenses to the set plan
  • Achieve Key Performance Metrics, including, but not limited to: Units per Transaction, Average Transaction Value & Email capture rate

 Drive operational consistency and excellence

  • With a focus on the customer, ensure stores are consistently merchandised and maintained as per corporate directives through regular follow-up
  • Oversee implementation of all store-related initiatives with great attention to detail; provide guidance and coaching in support of continuous improvement
  • Conduct store visits to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement; leverage technology to keep lines of communication open with stores
  • Serve as a resource to provide expertise on executing store standards and customer-related issues
  • Communicate with all corporate liaisons on any region or corporate related opportunities or issues in a timely manner

  • 3+ years experience as a District or Area Manager in a service-related or retail organization
  • 5+ years Store Management or similar experience
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field
