Job Title: Producer Apparel

You are an experienced stills and motion producer with a passion for bringing creative visions to life. You possess outstanding attention to detail, excel in problem-solving, communication, and can adeptly manage logistical challenges. As a collaborative team player, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and are ready to contribute your production expertise to a growing creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the logistical execution of various still, motion, and design projects
• Collaborate closely with directors, photographers, videographers, stylists and other internal/external teams to define project objectives, scope of work, and scheduling
• Contribute to workback calendar for all projects and communicate timelines with corresponding stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Handle production logistics including but not limited to location scouting, permits, licenses, equipment rentals, wardrobe, catering, scheduling, and act as the primary contact for all crew
• Assist with production related administrative tasks including release forms, budgeting, forecasting, and expense reports
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, troubleshooting any issues that may arise to keep projects on track and within budget
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team, providing regular project updates and managing expectations throughout the production process
• Actively review content to ensure it is of a high standard and taste level
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new talent, and best practices to continuously enhance our production processes and content quality while providing innovative solutions

Qualifications

Requirements:
– 3+ years experience as a Producer with brand and/or agency experience
– In-depth knowledge of the creative production process across stills and motion, events is a plus
– Experience managing production budgets
– Highly organized with a solution-oriented attitude
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects/deadlines
– Possess a valid g-class driver’s license
– Willing to work evenings/weekends and travel as projects require
