Outside Sales Representative

Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the aluminum extrusion industry and other relevant sectors.
- Present and demonstrate Company’s high-temperature conveyance products and custom-made aftermarket filter bags and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and services.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry or filtration sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of high-temperature felts, fabrics, and dust collector filter bags.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the United States and Canada.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
