Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market Development of your territory for heavy duty clutches in the aftermarket.
  • Responsibility of sales performance & adhere to the annual budget sales target.
  • Appoint distributors and field representatives, conduct road shows, customer ride outs and meetings to build the customer base and increase sales.
  • Manage product profitability, margin analysis, run promotion schemes for customers.
  • Prepare and Report MIS – sales analysis, customer reviews and monitoring dashboards.
  • Monthly travel and customer visit plans and ongoing progress on weekly basis.
  • Manage customer warranties.
  • Provide product marketing plan and budget.
  • Liaise with factory and customers to ensure clear communication and timely and efficient delivery and customer support.
  • Develop and deliver training to technical staff, mechanics and end users of our products.

  • 3-5 years related sales experience.

  • Strategic Planning and Business Acumen.
  • Team Player and Fast Learner.
  • Product Knowledge.
  • Proven Aftermarket Heavy Duty components industry knowledge.
  • Neat in Appearance & Physical Mobility needed.
  • Ability to travel 3 weeks in the month (customer visits, sales calls and ride outs).
