Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Development of your territory for heavy duty clutches in the aftermarket.
- Responsibility of sales performance & adhere to the annual budget sales target.
- Appoint distributors and field representatives, conduct road shows, customer ride outs and meetings to build the customer base and increase sales.
- Manage product profitability, margin analysis, run promotion schemes for customers.
- Prepare and Report MIS – sales analysis, customer reviews and monitoring dashboards.
- Monthly travel and customer visit plans and ongoing progress on weekly basis.
- Manage customer warranties.
- Provide product marketing plan and budget.
- Liaise with factory and customers to ensure clear communication and timely and efficient delivery and customer support.
- Develop and deliver training to technical staff, mechanics and end users of our products.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years related sales experience.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Relationship development & management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Strategic Planning and Business Acumen.
- Team Player and Fast Learner.
- Product Knowledge.
- Proven Aftermarket Heavy Duty components industry knowledge.
- Neat in Appearance & Physical Mobility needed.
- Ability to travel 3 weeks in the month (customer visits, sales calls and ride outs).
