This person will handle customer service inquiries, oversee office operations, and support staff with travel arrangements and trade show logistics. Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; ensure a positive customer experience.
- General reception: couriers, answering phone, packages,
- Office Support: Maintain office supplies, coordinate office maintenance, and keep the workplace running smoothly.
- Staff Support: Assist team members with scheduling travel, booking accommodations, and handling trade show logistics.
- Event & Trade Show Coordination: Help prepare materials, arrange shipments, and coordinate schedules for trade shows and company events.
- Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, expense reports, and general office documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, office management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with event or trade show coordination.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems.
