Office Administrator

Temporary Hybrid | Aurora, ON

5 month contract  – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

  • Coordinating meetings including quarterly shareholder review
  • Key contact for technical support internally – requires the ability to troubleshoot basic problems and work with our IT vendor to escalate issues and coordinate responses
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Overseeing cleaning company, building maintenance contacts, security company
  • Administration of JHSC – minute taking and maintenance
  • Planning and executing of company social events
  • Managing executive’s calendars (2 people)
  • Must be tech savvy – will be assisting employees in the office. (ie: support for logging into zoom meetings and general basic tech issues, not requiring a tech education)
  • Candidates should be flexible on which days in the office and which remote as each week is different with different priorities, so they won’t necessarily be working from home the same days each week
