Description
This position is responsible to coordinate field labour material, and equipment required for the scheduled calls to support our HVAC Service and Maintenance Projects.
- Maintain service techs daily scheduling and dispatching technicians as service calls are completed
- Schedule return trips with customers as parts become available
- Clear and concise communication with managers
- Ordering heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration parts
- Daily dispatching and scheduling
- Tracking jobs
- Daily processing of paperwork for pricing, parts needed, and warranties
Qualifications
- Must be computer literate with attention to detail
- Must be comfortable on the phone and sitting at desk for long periods of time
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service continuously over the phone
- Must have solid experience dispatching and customer service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service background a plus
- Industry experience a plus
- 2-4 years in dispatching within the mechanical sector
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
