Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Role Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and e-commerce.
- Calling new prospects/customers and following up on product inquiries.
- Creating marketing campaigns and content for B2B websites and social media.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance business’ digital profile.
- Email marketing / Search Engine optimization on Google and Microsoft Bing.
- Working on Magento based e-commerce website.
- Working on Amazon Seller Central account.
- Working on and updating Epicor (Prophet21) CRM module.
- Follow-up with outstanding quotes to secure orders from customers and prospects.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with google ad words and Website updates.
- Experience with E-Comm and Sales support.
- Proactive, dynamic individual.
