Description
Responsibilities:
The Litigation Law Clerk will be responsible for assisting lawyers with day-to-day tasks related to litigation cases, drafting legal documents and providing administrative support in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Law Clerk experience specifically within Litigation.
- Strong working knowledge and application of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Practice Directions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, ACL, PC Law.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of Case Centre, Online Submission Portal, and all virtual platforms (ZOOM, Teams etc.)
- Able to prioritize and redefine priorities when necessary.
- Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, highly organized and proactive.
- Capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work in office; no remote work.
