Compensation Range

Description
This position has been developed to plan, execute, and manage projects within the prescribed timeline, while meeting customer brand expectations.
This position reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide a high level of customer service to each client; to maintain and grow the account by building trust and
- Ensure that service agreements and requirements of each client is met or exceeded.
- Timely management at each stage of the project from completing scope verification, permitting, engineering,
- manufacturing, production, installation, completion package and billing.
- Track and document future, current and past projects to supply accounting, management, or customers with
- information at anytime.
- Work closely with Senior Management to procure new business
- Form appropriate chains of communication between all parties such as vendors, subcontractors, clients,
- suppliers, management, and installers. At times will be required outside office hours.
- Support installers by allocating proper information, resources, solving ongoing or urgent issues that arise while
- maintaining motivation and moral for the install team.
- Ensure proper workplace safety and procedures are being followed on company property and on-site to
- eliminate accidents and keep the public and customers safe.
- Internally collaborate with project managers to develop new systems, diversify supply chains, and pursue cost
- reduction through sharing resources.
- Escalate issues or situations when appropriate to Senior Management.
- Maintain and manage Smartsheet data, information, reports and use as main form of internal communication.
- Maintains availability by phone or email to Country Signs employees, suppliers, customers, and others beyond
- standard office hours when necessary.
- Execute and enforce brand standards within projects scope.
- The ability to quote projects and track project budgets
- Provide detailed cost analysis and track work in progress (WIP) percentages for month end/year end reporting
- Manage, train and mentor personal project administrator or coordinator as required by Country Signs.
Qualifications
- Min of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferable in the sign industry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software Account Edge (MYOB).
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Provide excellent customer service while answering the phones and communicating with customers.
- Ensure you have appropriate PPE including CSA Safety shoes green tag and reflective clothing
