Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative located in Hamilton, ON. The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include processing orders, coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer needs, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will also identify and address customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with other departments
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in sales or customer service in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
