Description
- Standardizing the IT environment (bringing all users onto the domain).
- Office 365 implementation.
- SharePoint | One Drive
- AI projects
- IP Phone system management.
- Cost analysis: Evaluating current setups vs. moving back to on-premise.
- Website maintenance (or managing the current provider).
- Hardware setup and day-to-day troubleshooting (printers, passwords, etc.).
Qualifications
- Approximately 7-10+ years of experience in the industry.
- Experience working in a stand-alone IT role, provide basic all the way to more advanced technical support to an entire company.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Must be located within a reasonable distance from the office (maximum 45-minute commute) to meet the in-office requirement.
