Responsibilities:
The Director, Information Technology enables to achieve our goals, servicing the Head Office, Distribution Center and Retail Stores across multiple functions including strategic leadership, infrastructure planning & maintenance, business analysis & project management, network administration & general IT management (security, vendor/supplier relationships, hardware management, SLA’s etc). The Director, Information Technology will be responsible for:
– In partnership with the CFO/COO, develop a strategy to support business needs focusing on efficiency, accuracy, innovation, and security.
– Manage a full work cycle, creating and maintaining all processes, tools & technology to drive productivity & accuracy. Continuously improve & innovate, delivering industry leading performance within your area.
– Accountable to achieve all department key performance indicators (KPI’s), plan, hire & develop a high performing, motivated and engaged team and manage budgets, ensuring IT needs are met while managing spend.
– Continuously assess the current infrastructure status, plan, prioritize, implement, and maintain the infrastructure to support company growth.
– Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand business needs, provide solutions and recommendations for existing and new technology, implement & manage.
– Manage internal and external resources to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
– Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, support the employee experience through learning & development.
– Ensure data integrity and security is managed, proactively removing roadblocks.
