Inside Sales Customer Service
Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales quotes/sales orders
• Assist walk-in customers
• Answer sales calls
• Prepare RMA (Sales returns)
• Build strong relationships and great rapport with customers
• Actively seek out new clients and other opportunities for growth
• Use knowledge and training to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they need within their budget, as quickly and easily as possible
• Provide a superior customer service experience
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• General sales and customer service experience a must
• Experience with utilizing professional/social media tools to drive new business (ie: LinkedIn)
• Experience using and maintaining CRM software is required
• Experience generating quotations
• Experience with cold calling
• Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry a definite asset
• Strong organization and communication skills
• General computer literacy
