Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee files, training records, HR system and monthly list and reports.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination and delivery of New Hire Orientation and various training programs to all employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of bi-weekly payroll and reporting.
  • Assist with the update of Employee Handbook and/or other policies or documents as requested.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information and materials is maintained.
  • Assist with Health & Safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Human Resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, service and result oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
