Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files, training records, HR system and monthly list and reports.
- Assist with the recruitment process.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and delivery of New Hire Orientation and various training programs to all employees.
- Assist with the preparation of bi-weekly payroll and reporting.
- Assist with the update of Employee Handbook and/or other policies or documents as requested.
- Ensure confidentiality of information and materials is maintained.
- Assist with Health & Safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, service and result oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
