Graphic Designer

Description
We’re looking for an experienced and high energy Graphic Designer to bring innovative designs and support our growing business. You will be responsible for the creative process and producing content, including designing and customizing flyers, social media visuals, advertising materials, website creative content, window decals, and overall brand development.
How You Contribute to the company’s Success:
- Design, update, and modify artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Develop strategy for illustration, typography, and colour scheme to graphically display a concept based on the Company brand.
- Create visual content for various applications, including flyers, advertising, social media, company website, as well as internal and external branch graphics.
- Transform PowerPoint slide decks into visually stimulating presentations.
- Upload graphic elements to WordPress site and Digital Signage platform.
- Assist with administrative tasks including coordinating and scheduling training workshop sessions and facilitators, tracking team member progress.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on project requirements.
- Support with coordinating and executing company events with the Marketing team, as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one to two years demonstrated previous experience in a graphic design role.
- Completion of post-secondary education in graphic design or related field.
- Creative mindset and a passion for design.
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HTML is an asset.
