Description
  • Develop Global Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy for stretch film products, aligning with the overall business goals and ensuring consistency across all regions and divisions.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in key global markets, identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use these insights to influence product development and marketing strategy at a global and regional level.
  • Collaborate Across Divisions: Work closely with regional marketing teams, product management, R&D, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives that cater to regional and local market needs.
  • Tailor Marketing Efforts: Adapt and localize marketing campaigns to support the unique needs of each region while ensuring that the global brand and messaging remain consistent. Work with regional teams to refine strategies based on regional dynamics.
  • Content Creation and Campaigns: Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital content, case studies, and sales tools tailored to various regions, helping regional teams effectively promote the stretch film products.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and report on the effectiveness of global and regional marketing campaigns and product performance, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to improve results.
  • Brand Consistency & Communication: Ensure all marketing activities reflect the brand’s global identity and messaging while adapting to local language, culture, and market needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in global product marketing, preferably in the stretch film, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of global and regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple regions and divisions, aligning global strategies with regional market requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both locally and globally.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • travel internationally as required to support regional markets and product launches.
