We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as the Regional General Manager, to oversee daily operations and lead our team of 14 professionals and 260 caring and qualified Caregivers to provide world class home care in Toronto. As Regional General Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Operations and be in charge of managing day-to-day delivery of care and service excellence, creating new marketing strategies and community relationships to drive new clients and revenue, and full P&L responsibilities to manage the performance of the business across central Toronto.

 SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery to ensure service excellence and manage client and caregiver crisis and incidents.
  • Oversee recruiting, training and management of Caregivers.
  • Develop marketing plan and go-to-market strategy to grow referral provider base and drive continued revenue growth.
  • Full P&L responsibility to manage revenue, cost and profit for central Toronto.
  • Present strategy and plan to ownership and board on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing teams.
  • Compassionate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping seniors.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be professional and maintain CONFIDENTIALITY at all times.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is PREFERRED.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is PREFERRED.
