General Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner closely with owners to oversee and manage a team of managers/leads; support with day-to-day functions
• Strategize growth, KPI’s, all while maintaining a positive/supportive company culture
• Provide guidance in all aspects of business within ecomm, marketing/digital, logistics, etc.
• First 6-months, learn and understand the company processes and culture. Work with ownership on short and long term vision and plans to ensure continued growth all while maintaining their excellent reputation and company culture.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVES:
• Looking for a professional GM or VP who’s supported a E-Comm company through growth.
• Providing guidance/mentorship in future plans, KPI’s, processes, etc.
• Support owners with their vision.
