District Manager

Job Title: District Manager
Responsibilities:
• Provide team leadership with respect to recruiting, hiring, training, retaining and discharging team members while providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to encourage professional development.
• Emphasize a sales-focused and customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, offering support and assistance in any work-related matters.
• Supervising the maintenance personnel and independent contractors of the Facilities with respect to the upkeep of the Facilities ensuring safety standards are being met
• Operational Success: Ensure sales and expense budgets for sites are met.
• Compliance and Standards: Conduct regular property audits to ensure operational standards are met and safety protocols are followed.
• Delinquency Management: Implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with employees, colleagues, customers and upper management.
• Swiftly tackle a wide range of ad hoc tasks with precision and adaptability, ensuring efficient resolutions and seamless support for the team.
• Review and prepare reports necessary to ensure sites are meeting performance standards
• Assist VP of Operations in managing and modelling data as required
