Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate outbound operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Plan and prioritize daily workflow to optimize productivity and minimize order processing times.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse associates, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Train and develop team members in outbound processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, accuracy in order fulfillment, and adherence to shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as inventory control, customer service, and transportation departments, to resolve order discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and optimize transportation routes for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound transactions, including order status, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.
• Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among team members.
