Display & Programmatic Marketing Manager
Responsibilities include:
● Create lead/KPI estimates for new potential accounts to determine projected CPL, CTRs, CPCs, etc.
○ Onboard new clients & launch campaigns with our Onboarding & Client Success team
○ Daily management of accounts that includes, but is not limited to audience and creative testing, platform testing, landing page iteration suggestions, and more.
● Running high levels campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, StackAdapt, Google Display Network, etc.
● Able to eventually manage and oversee $100,000/mo – $500,000/mo in ad budget
● Design display and programmatic ads with the help of our Creative team
● Optimize campaign settings and targeting based on performance data, such as adjusting bids, and targeting specific audiences.
● Work with our Design team to enhance the landing page experience & increase conversion rates through rigorous testing
● Achieve quarterly department objectives
● Build unbreakable conversion events through Google tag manager
● Use advanced UTMs or lead form filters to properly sync campaigns to data sources
● Clearly communicate with stakeholders & clients
○ Communicate with our Client Success team to ensure client alignment
● Stay organized through project management best practises
● Create, manage, and refine processes to engage in operational excellence for internal efficiency
○ Create and maintain SOPs
● Work with management to optimize systems and tools to report necessary data.
● Ensure Landing Pages are converting at optimal rates through diagnosis.
○ Offer conversion-focused suggestions
○ Conduct CRO studies using softwares such as HotJar
○ Work with the internal and external teams to A/B test funnels
● Create compelling hooks, descriptions, and headlines through copywriting formulas.

Qualifications & Experience:
● English-speaking
● Located in Canada
● At least 2 years of experience running Programmatic & Display Campaigns
○ Taboola, Outbrain, Stackadapt, Google Display, etc.
● Managed budgets of $150,000/mo in Programmatic & Display campaigns
● Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points with strong verbal and written communication skills
● High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. A natural inclination to move things forward with
● Experienced with softwares such as Zapier, Whatconverts, HotJar, and Asana
● Advanced comprehension of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager conversion setup
● Preferred but not required: Experience running Programmatic & Display campaigns specifically for home improvement companies
