Director of Digital Marketing

Looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to oversee the organization’s overall digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, this role will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing key digital marketing practices, including brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Web Development and Maintenance, and all Digital Marketing Reporting. This individual will mentor and lead a team of digital marketers, work cross-functionally across the Marketing team and partner closely with Sales and IT to drive the company’s aggressive growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Plans, executes, measures, and optimizes all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI’s). Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
• Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Leverages analytics and insights to identify critical conversion points, drop off points, and optimizes user funnels.
• Enhances Search Engine Optimization to drive qualified traffic to the website.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the firms’ various websites and online portals.
• Effectively communicates strategy, recommendations and results to senior management using analytics.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in leading a highly successful digital marketing team.
• Experience in the financial services required
• Real estate sector experience is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns across all major search engines and social media channels.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO and SEM.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics Certified, Google AdWords Certified, Facebook Blueprint Certified, HubSpot Marketing Certification).
• Expertise in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Solid experience in optimizing campaigns based on results (targeting, creative, platform).
