$110K - $120KAbout the Opportunity:
As a Director, you will be a crucial member of our delivery team leading and executing large portfolio of clients.
The role includes providing strategic direction to and managing consultants, conducting talent and culture research, building employee value propositions. Plus, you will be crafting highly impactful employer brand and culture strategies for clients and supporting activation of the employer and culture strategy across the organization and throughout the employee lifecycle. The role also includes creation of thought leadership and development of innovative ideas to move the business forward.
Although our work is project-based and varies based on the client’s unique business and goals, your key responsibilities include:
• Work with a team of Consultants and Associates on assigned portfolio to deliver high quality work against a defined scope of work for client projects
• Ensure all projects within your portfolio meet and exceed metrics with respect to quality, margins, timeline, and client satisfaction
• Conduct and analyze research, including employee surveys, focus groups, and market research, and train others
• Create a wide range of content including reports, employee value propositions, talent personas and key messaging, job postings, social media content, employer brand guides, and more, and train others
• Collaborate with the delivery and sales team as needed, to develop long-term strategies and to support business development for existing clients (new business, multi-year plans, etc.)
• Build “trusted advisor” relationships with VP, SVP and C-Suite level resources at clients, deliver high degree of client satisfaction on engagements
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the head of learning to further develop our methodology in your area of expertise
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise and provide support, guidance, and vision in improving and enhancing company methodologies
• Development of thought leadership processes and best practices to streamline the way we work
• Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities, technology, and sector specific knowledge
About you:
• Highly collaborative instincts with ability to manage cross-functional projects and effectively engage complex and senior stakeholders.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Strategic Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Management, or Global HR Consulting at a senior level
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Passion for leadership development and coaching team members as well experience leading a team of direct reports
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
• Bonus if you have Change Management and Marketing experience
